Is this a 9 to 5?
Clock on, clock off isn’t our vibe. We believe that you know when you’re the most productive, passionate, and inspired to do your best work – which is more important to us than the hours you sit at a desk.
Will you get your own laptop?
Absolutely! We provide each person with their choice of a MacBook or Windows laptop, a second monitor screen, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, and of course – some great swag on their first day.
How do teams work together?
As a company, we have one goal – how we get there is through each person taking ownership and autonomy over their tasks and responsibilities. This means that if you have a question, you go to the best person to answer it. None of this hierarchy nonsense!
What’s the interview process like?
The interview process varies depending on the role, but is usually 3-4 stages. You can expect to meet all the relevant people you will be working with, plus have the opportunity to show us what you do best!
